Surprise the world
today, both difficult and easy. Soviet engineers have the 70 abandoned to our country
and it was the survival of our profession, someone broke down, and I do not
just survive but prosper! I'm 58, worked for 39 years and no problems in life. Two beautiful son, a senior American has 12t years
younger after university lives and helps me in invention, learning and making
progress.

The
internal combustion engine that diesel that gasoline or natural gas allocates a
huge amount of heat, which warms and useless poisons the air. I offer an innovative design of the steam amplifier
internal combustion engine, and this power, in fact, also the engine, which
uses the heat exhaust, gives the power several times higher than the motor of
which picks up heat. He once dressed with fresh water, and is working on it
for months without refueling with no exhaust at all.

You asked a question: have you
tried? Yes, we are engineers, gunsmiths of Tula, the main element
of the amplifier assembled and tested it, the result of us stunned, this is
what had to be idiots to not understanding the message of the greatest
inventors of ancient times, make the existing steam engine over the centuries? The engineers of the past were wrong, and technological
progress gone completely the wrong place should have been, in a clean and
environmentally perfect energy and transport. I corrected this mistake and created a pair of engine
without a boiler, heating the huge volumes of water and its spending in
microdoses followed by cooling, and further use of the rational. The engine was safe, as well as the pressure in the
piston chamber is created above 500 atm, respectively, and the power is higher
than in conventional internal combustion engines.

I
wrote you this message so that you no longer dared to talk about an alternative
engine as the distant future about the product, a product that I will soon put
into mass production! To do this, I have everything, and financing and
experienced engineers, developers, and single most important is the desire to
make a car that not only moves without the owner's exhaust at all, but also
feeds him! Do you wish during your bankruptcy does not offend their
jobs! So the only way to meet the Soviet engineers and your
arrogance duratskie answers I received!

Certainly not for cyclists. I don't ever see more than two cyclists at this junction, ever.

We plan on using Hwy 9 in Boulder Creek that Monday as we have for the past five years. Other routes would be expensive as well as a major delay. Can we bill the Amagen Tour for our losses ?

Re: Cyclists not fond of rumble strip project on Hwy 1′s North Coast, reader says

How much would the project cost? Having the rumble strips in the center only is a good compromise; cyclists will appreciate the warning sound overtaking them, so they have just enough time to move out of potential harm's way.
"When I drive, and I see a cyclist traveling on an inadequate road shoulder, I will move over the center line..." <= more specious reasoning here; do you not realize that with the standard width of a paved roadway, a car driver moving left toward the centerline BUT NEVER CROSSING OVER IT allows a very ample berth of clearance to the fog line (6-8 feet, at least). This assumes of course that the bike rider is riding on or immediately to the right of the fog line, and tracking in a straight line. For the record, I as a highly experienced, formerly race-trained bicyclist find it crazy and even offensive when the car driver thinks he's making the situation safer by crossing over a double yellow line, to allow enough berth of safety for the bike rider. I'm almost wondering whether it's something in our drinking water that making people think and behave this way. Still, the thought is appreciated, albeit very misguided.

F. Putting the rumble strip down the center line might also be confusing since it will sound the same to cyclists as if the car was running down the strip between the roadway and the shoulder and unecessarily frighten them. When I drive, and I see a cyclist traveling on an inadequate road shoulder, I will move over the center line (provided there isn't any on comming traffic) to get a little extra margin for error....a cyclist might dodge an obstacle in the road, or foliage growing out from the side and I want to be prepared for that. I wish more people would do the same when I am riding on my bicycle.

Re: Cyclists not fond of rumble strip project on Hwy 1′s North Coast, reader says

And what the highway departments says. They have an effectiveness section on accident reduction.
